Music.

Alexa Studio/Echo will show up in your blue tooth in the living room and lower-level. You can sign-in with your personal music acct.

Bears & Trash.

Bag up and put in the dumpster out front (to right of our parking area). All trash has to be inside or in the dumpster or the bears will get it. You know what they say, “a fed bear is a dead bear”, don’t feed’em.

Coffee.

The Keurig machine is on the kitchen counter. It' has dual action, you can bring kcups/pods or bring your own ground coffee/beans to brew.

Booze.

There’s a fantastic spirits shop down the road, Elevation Liquor, next door to the Hunter Mtn Brewery. Beer is easily purchased at the Vallero gas station down the road or the Topps Market.

Gas Grill.

There's a gas grill on the upper deck, propane is typically full and there’s an extra propane tank on the deck if the hooked-up one should run low.

Fireplaces.

The fire unit in the living room and operates off a remote. You’ll find that on the shelf with the TV remotes.

TV.

All TV’s operate with an Apple TV remote. Turn on/off with the menu button and you’ll see options to scroll and how to sign-in with your preferred acts (Netflix, Apple TV, Prime, Hulu, etc). When remotes are not in use please keep them plugged in to the charger next to the Apple box. This will ensure that the remote is ready when you are.

Beds & Bath.

All sheets are clean and bedrooms ready for guests. Towels are clean in each bedroom. All bathrooms have hair & body wash products for you to use. There’s a hair dryer in the main floor bathroom.
Please bring extra towels for the lake and hanging on the decks if you’d like. There are 2 Queen beds and a full bath upstairs. 1 Queen bed and a full bath on the main floor. 4 twin bunks a full bathroom and a Queen sleeper couch on the lower level. Washer and Dryer on the lower level.

Lake & Dock.

Use any of the lake toys. There’s a canoe, two stand up paddle boards (on lower deck, please return to lower deck before checking out) and a pedal boat (put the cover back on the pedal when finished). There are a variety of life jackets on the lower deck in a wicker basket, please return to the basket when done).

Firepit.

There’s a firepit outback. Light her up and hang out with a drink and s’mores fixings if ya like. There’s clicker lighter in the kitchen drawer and if you’re not an experienced fire starter we recommend grabbing a few duraflame logs from the store to get the wood going.

Thermostat.

The thermostat is on the left side wall when you enter the house. You can set the heat/AC where most comfortable.
